"Super pleased. I used some of those big legal services sites before and never actually spoke with an attorney. With Peter's legal service center I was able to speak with him directly and explain my situation. The contract was right on point and willonly use Peter's firm for my future business legal needs."

"I found the SBC to be very effective in getting the legal help my business needed. I had Mr. Lamont's firm review a legal complaint that we received. They told me what it meant and how to deal with it. The advice was on point. I would reccomend the SBC to any small business looking for quality and affordabel legal help."

SBC Client Review of Legal Document
Our Small Business Center is a unique service that allows start-ups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs to obtain feedback, input, and assistance from our attorneys on a variety of business-related matters, on their terms and in a budget-friendly manner.
We have been representing start-ups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs for a long time and in doing so, we have come to understand that budgetary restrictions can prevent a small business from being able to obtain legal assistance. We have found that many start-ups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs decide to handle their legal matters on their own and often end up making matters worse. Other times, small businesses, and entrepreneurs turn to free legal Q&A sites or search for mass-marketed legal forms. Unfortunately, Q&A forums and generic forms rarely provide the necessary legal protection or information that a start-up, small business, or entrepreneur really needs.
Please note that the following services are being offered to start-ups, small businesses, and entrepreneurs only. "Small business" refers to businesses with fewer than 10 employees, members, or partners. Please also note that no attorney/client relationship is created until an Engagement Letter is signed.
