We are seeking a dedicated, organized individual to run the front office. You will be working at our office in Wyckoff, NJ. You will be responsible for keeping the firm running smoothly: • ensuring we have all supplies needed and keeping the office organized and clean • answering phones and completing intakes for potential clients and forwarding to the correct office staff for current clients • managing the calendars of the attorneys and senior paralegal • directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients • drafting correspondence (ex. engagement and closing file letters and status reports from dictation) • tracking registered agent files and due dates for annual reports, ensuring they get filed with the State on time You will be working closely with and reporting to the senior paralegal.

Including but not limited to acting as a liaison between clients and attorneys to request documentation, provide case updates, et. Review client documents, organize, and prepare file memos Draft Complaints, Answers, and Motions E-File via ECourts and PACER Maintain files to ensure all timelines are met Assist with real estate and other transactional matters as needed

We are seeking an attorney to assist with litigation files and other matters. You will be responsible for your cases from start to finish. A typical day will find you reviewing client documents and preparing a memo, drafting a Complaint, drafting or responding to discovery requests, attending a case management conference, following up on a settlement offer, etc.

We need someone who can devote at least 20 hours per week with an interest in expanding to more full-time work over time. You will need to be able to come to our office to work initially, but once you are established with the firm, work-from-home opportunities will be available.
