Nicole V. Branda is an attorney at the firm and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, and Massachusetts. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, where she was a member of the Rutgers Law Review. Nicole graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and History/Political Science from Rutgers University.

Nicole brings a comprehensive skill set and a strong commitment to excellence. Nicole focuses exclusively on real estate transactions and closings. She assists buyers, sellers, and lenders with contracts, title review, inspections, mortgage and payoff coordination, and settlement. Her approach is practical and detail-oriented, focused on smooth closings and clear communication at every step.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nicole is a trained mediator and is deeply committed to community involvement. She has volunteered as a conciliator for the Middlesex, Mass. Bar Association and served as a “Lawyer of the Day” for pro bono litigants in Middlesex, Mass. Probate & Family Court. Nicole co-founded the John Branda ACAHA Scholarship at Bergen County Academies and actively participates in local organizations, including serving as the Book Club Coordinator for the Wyckoff Newcomers & Neighbors Club and as a member of the Wyckoff Area Garden Club.
