FROM CONTRACT TO CLOSING
We work with you from contract through closing. More specifically we:
handle the real estate contact and attorney review
address inspection issues, repairs and credits
handle contract and repair negotiations
review title documents, surveys, deeds, etc.

review bank and loan documents

How Do We Charge for Residential Closings?
All of our residential real estate closings are handled on a flat-fee basis. This means you know exactly what you are paying from the start. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
The only time that additional fees might be charged is in unique circumstances that fall outside of the normal closing process, such as in removing a tenant or creating use and occupancy agreements. However, these are not part of most regular closings.
Our fees are highly competitive and transparent. Unlike many "discount" closing law firms, you will not find hidden attorney fees on the closing statement and will not be charged for any administrative costs.
